Summary

  • ISS-055 cause 1: setNumberOfPens() in the Micro Trend code resets every pen source, so fixed itemName[n] values can be lost during load. CIENG_TrendLab now connects microTrend.itemName[n] to the items with attribute ItemName (factory pattern).
  • Remaining (ISS-055 stays open): the history fill sometimes fails on both clients (only the live part draws).
  • graphics/tasks/trend.md §6 and knowledge/issues.md updated.

Test plan

  • jwuiutl -v CIENG_TrendLab: no problems
  • Web: both pens drew on 3 of 3 opens; history fill missing on 1 of 3
  • Operator Interface (user screenshot): both pens live, no history fill on that open
