- 08_auth_group_df.qli: + CIENG_OPERATOR (factory OPERATOR actions + EXECUTE_GENERAL_COMMANDS
for the server-side live-data Start)
- 08b_user_df.qli (new): CIENG, PASSWORD "" given explicitly, layout CIENG_Operator, initial
display CIENG_Overview; loaded by load.cmd after 08
- 85_remove_auth_group_df.qli: removes CIENG before CIENG_OPERATOR and CIENG_VIEWER
- remove.cmd: log out every CIENG session first (a group with an open session of its user cannot
be removed: DSSP-E-NODEL in USER_VAL; a retry stopped DSSSDA03 with DUR-F-BAD_SIZE)
- Tested on CI Server R1.03.00 2026-10-06: full remove.cmd / load.cmd (load 0 errors); CIENG
logon with empty password on web and desktop lands on CIENG_Overview; ADMIN keeps the default
layout; Start as CIENG; displays bind to the recreated items in a fresh session

CIENG_FILE (file device built for the node at load time), CIENG_TANK1
(ad hoc with item parameter, daily 06:00), CIENG_INFLOW_HI (item trigger)
and CIENG_HTML (HTML, cursor loop, logbook). remove.cmd clears the
schedule first, since a scheduled report cannot be deleted.

Modbus slave mirror (eqpmdcmem + eqpmdcslvtcp)
- CI-Eng-Sample: section PLC1, station CIENG_PLC with write/read-back
items, load/remove steps and mirror start/stop scripts
- ISS-024: the TCP slave answers Open Modbus/TCP, not RTU (closed)

- New skill authorization: users and authorization groups by quick load
- item-engineering: string item limits (1-200, holds length - 1) and the
integration granule (itm_int_secs), both tested on CI-Eng-Sample
- CI-Eng-Sample: read-only authorization group CIENG_VIEWER
- Closed ISS-001 (uoff/ublk option bits), ISS-010, ISS-019; new ISS-018, ISS-020

Add verified system-management tasks (item read/write, quick load
records, history load, monitoring processes, consistency check, tuning
checks), the importable CI-Eng-Sample project with load/remove scripts,
the unlicensed 1-hour shutdown note, and the sample-project re-test
rule. Close ISS-002/003/004 and log ISS-005..007.
